Mike Rumble

Mike is a Certified Home Inspector and Licensed Energy Advisor. Graduating from the Conestoga College Home Inspection Program, he achieved honorary status, graduating at the top of his class.  Before becoming a home inspector, Mike owned and held the position of Manager of Operations of a maintenance company with sales over a million dollars a year.  The maintenance company provides maintenance including heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, plumbing and electrical to industrial, commercial and residential customers.  This has given Mike extensive hands-on experience at identifying deficiencies, probable causes and creating practical solutions.  Mike enjoys challenging himself by continuing to upgrade his skills and education to ensure his knowledge remains current with building trends, safety recalls and inspection strategies.

Dave is a Licensed Energy Advisor and has gone through the rigorous training to become a Government Licensed Energy Auditor.   Dave has helped hundreds of homeowners realize more energy efficient homes and huge savings on their heating and cooling bills.  Before joining Ontario Real Estate Inspections, Dave owned a contracting business which gave him hands on experience with the various systems within the home.  Dave is happy to help you with all your home energy evaluation needs.
