What’s in the Report

Our computer generated reports are custom-created using software developed by Ontario Real Estate Inspections. Our reporting system gives us the advantage of being able to provide an excellent customized report to exceed the needs and expectations of all our clients.

Our reports start with an Onsite Paper Report which includes an Inspection Summary and an Improvements and Recommendations Checklist. This gives the client a quick and convenient view of the items that need improvement. Within 24 hours after the inspection a Paperless/Email Report will be sent to the client. This report outlines each improvement in detail, including a picture of the defect for future reference.
