The New Home Warranty Inspections include a Pre-Delivery Inspection with your builder to help identify defects, incomplete items and to ensure builder upgrades and features have been included.

This inspection is followed up by a 30-day inspection required for your Tarion Home Warranty if there are any outstanding items or any new defects that you’ve found since moving in. The final inspection is the 1-year inspection which will help you to fill out your Tarion Home Warranty forms for any outstanding warranty items.
